Had a crack too and got some spinners to dance as well - definitely easier with a PCP rather than a springer.
The target worked very well on the 8mm level but the 6mm spinners were obscured by shadows at the bottom and didn't spin anywhere near as much as I'd have liked. Having it stand a bit higher would help with the visibility.
An interesting diversion from the more common types of airgun shooting we do and not without appeal but, ultimately, not for me. The emphasis (to my mind) leans far too much towards the kit rather than the shooter's skill although that's not to deny that he/she have to do their part as well.
Similar in the principle of threading a pellet through a small hole, I can't help thinking Bench Rest (BR) is a lazy man's version of Bell Target (BT.)

To score a maximum in BR, you need to shoot a 25 shot CTC group of 6.5mm at 25yds.
Is equipment important? Yes, your shooting skills cannot make your equipment perform better.
Do you need expensive, dedicated BR equipment? No. Good hunting rifles are capable of the required CTC Group.
Don't know about BR being lazier, even at my advanced years I don't find standing up to take seven shots at a BT target particularly taxing.
