To follow up on my email last week the AGM will be held 15th November 2023 starting at 19:30.
The agenda is:
1. Chairman's introduction
2. Approve previous AGM minutes
3. Proposed changes to club constitution
4. Safety Officer's report
5. Secretary's report
6. Treasurer's report and acceptance of annual accounts
7. Resignation of current committee and election of new committee
8. AOB
As part of the AGM the committee will be resigning and a new committee will be put in place.
The named roles we currently have are Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Safety Officer.
If anyone is interested in joining the committee and would like to find out more contact me or one of the other committee members.
