Is it just me or does anyone else find it difficult to take Crosman airguns seriously?

Oh dear, I did see you on Wednesday night shooting next to Russ with his new toy! A Crosman I do believe or am I mistaken?

Russ's new (to him) Crosman 600 is about the only one worth taking seriously. All the others seem to be crude and flimsy plastic toys.

Don’t remember holding or even seeing a Crosman. Although I have read about lots of ‘metal’ after market parts for one of their pistols.

My old Cometa used to get on well with Crosman Accu-pells. Never seen an actual Crosman gun in the flesh to my knowledge.

I had a Crosman once, I squeezed his girlfriend bum (very nice) ..... but he was not happy about that.

The thing with Crosmans (and I'm limiting myself to the 13xx and 22xx series pistols here) is that it's hard to nail down why they have such a fanatical following. For every good aspect about them, there's always something stupid to balance it out.
