Morning fellow lepers 😷
Another (third consecutive) crap one coughing intermittently all night, then we both failed our LFT covid tests first thing, so cancelled/re-booked our long-awaited/much-needed Physio appointments. 😖 ...but needs-must. 🤷🏻♂️
TBH it would just feel like a bad cold, except for the chills/shivers plus I realised I've been feeling fatigued for a week or two.
I'd put that down to a possible side effect of some new meds I've been on for a month, but hopefully within a few days I'll be clear of this and also the fatigue. 🤞🤞🤞
Hope you all body swerve it 🤞, but no GARC for me this week. 😭😭😭 See you all soon.

Ps. 1 I didn't catch this at GARC on Wed as Sam started feeling bleurgh the day before, and there were only four or five of us there, keeping to our partitioned lanes, etc.
Ps. 2 Thank goodness I'm triple-vaccinated as I'm confident I'd have this worse if I hadn't been. 😷

Here's something for you to look forward to. It's fully worse the 3rd time round We've both only had Covid once before to our knowledge, starting the week before the first lockdown, mid-March 2020. That was sniffles + full-on loss of taste & smell, which was only revealed as a known symptom several weeks later, which was when we then facepalmed! 🤦😳 R |

Sounds like no fun at all.
My other half has tested positive for Covid and is currently not very well at all. I'm ok just now but I'll doubtless join her in coughing, shivery, aching misery in a day or two.

No 10m for me this week.
First Mother Nature finds a way to kill Lemmy and now it's a martini resistant strain of Covid. In the words of Black Tony, "We're doomed!"

Doesn't feel right knowing I won't be there tonight, but this Covid bug/cold's shifting slower than I'd hoped, can't yet taste my food (grrr).

Day seven for me now. Did think I was on the mend but had a bit of a relapse with an increasingly nasty cough and the sweats.
No shooting for me.
