I heard that, due to world wide lead shortages, scrap metal dealers will now pay 10p for each used .22 pellet you give them. And that's dead gen.
Details are emerging of the proposed new Daystate/FX partnership. Apparently, the after sales care and warranty package is being stepped up to the point that, as soon as your new gun is delivered to your RFD, it is immediately returned to base to start the repair process, thus eliminating any disappointment you may suffer from receiving an expensive yet faulty gun after a long wait.

Ahh, yes customer Quality Control. I reckon it'll be a styling dogs dinner, bristling with regulators, run on Windows, shoot via a mobile phone app and cost upward of £9k.

The word from those in the know is that the Apple version will shoot better than the Windows one but the battery life will be poorer.
It'll also have twin regs on the front and rear sights.

Don`t talk to me about FX. ordered from importers, was told 10 days two weeks max. After eight weeks I cancelled the order, after various tales of woe involving HM customs delays, FX going on holiday for August, courier lost TWO pallets of FX air weapons ( many of which would have been FAC ) and there was obviously a driver shortage cos we left the EU and the transport firms want to pay the Polish rate.
So I went for second choice. spoke with Bob at City air Weapons, Bob is a Brummie but I bin practicing with Tony so I understood most of our conversation. Bought an RTI Prophet in 177, as it`s name suggests, it will tell you if you are going to hit the target before you pull the trigger, and works best when facing East. Cos I`m not even remotely racist, this one is Black
There is not much to the gun, it`s a Barrel, Bottle with Regulator, AR15 grip, Magazine and trigger, No stock to speak of and the butt pad is a flat plate. Cos it`s made in Slovenia there is no anti tamper and RTI have posted a video on YouTube of a COMPLETE strip Ordered single shot loader from Custom Air Rifle Magazines ( CARM ) Got to the payment bit and was informed "Due to Brexit, minimum order value £135" so got a cheaper one on EBay We will see what this gun is all about, it`s certainly easy to carry and easy to hold for standers. Just to help with the smoke and mirrors rumour mill, I will not be joining Team Scotland next year, this includes Shooting, Football, Rugby or Cricket. Now if there was a Scottish team for dozing off and talking crap but Scottish Government don`t have vacancies! Paul

Paul
Can it do the same for those shooting with you? Perhaps not much of a test with me - "The barn door is safe!"
