I googled the length of the HW110K and it came up as 88cm (or thereabouts.) Don't know if that includes the length of the silencer/moderator because I stumbled across a review by Mark Cammochio and lost the will to go on. Think I'd much rather have the Ultra over the HW110K. The Ultra is like a dirty secret, I'm enjoying too much. Attachment Deleted

8.25fpe retained at 26 yds. Tomorrow I'll do the same with the Mk4is... don't want to do too much on one day 😁

Some will scoff, but I’m happy with these five shot grouping at 26yds

So by comparison Ultra .22 - at muzzle 10.3ftlb, at 26yds 8.25ftlb MK4is .177 - at muzzle 11.0ftlb, at 26yds 8.2ftlb
.22 loses 1ftlb, while .177 loses 1.8ftlb

But don't forget that your .22 is a little under powered compared to other Ultra's, you stated 10.2 lbs! get on to the Ultra master (Chris M) and adjust to 11- 11.4 lbs. then you will have your compact super gun

After the pellet samples served their quarantine period, I did a 10 shot string with each type. The Ultra was re-pressurised to 200barg each time. The results: - H+N FTT - avg fps = 547; spread was 8fps; muzzle energy = 9.8ftlb
- H+N Baracuda Match - avg fps = 452; spread was 11fps; muzzle energy = 9.6ftlb
- Bisley Magnums - avg fps = 464; spread was 4fps; muzzle energy = 10.2ftlb
- JSB Heavy - avg fps = 498; spread was 9fps; muzzle energy = 10ftlb
- JSB Exact (5.52) - avg fps = 538; spread was 16fps; muzzle energy = 10.2ftlb
- Air Arms Field (5.52) - avg fps = 542; spread was 6fps; muzzle energy = 10.4ftlb
- RWS Superfield (5.52) - avg fps = 535; spread was 7fps; muzzle energy = 10.1ftlb
So, less muzzle energy when using significantly heavier pellets (the JSB RS I have been using give 10.3 ftlb). Meaning I could increase the muzzle energy without fear of exceeding the 12ftlb limit.
Chairgun Pro indicates very little difference in trajectory out to 30 yards with the JSB RS if the muzzle energy was increased by 1ftlb (max difference 0.09". or 21/4mm).
Next I'll shoot five pellets of each type to see which gives best the best grouping.

Adjusted the creep out of the trigger. It is really very nice now.
‘Group’ testing has the RWS Superfield and JSB Heavy as the tightest group. But as the JSB heavy has a more loopy trajectory, I’m going to get some Superfields.

With the RWS Super Field 5.52: Not only tighter groups, but less costly than the JSBs. Shh, speak this quietly, with me shooting them, the Ultra is slightly better grouping than the MK4is. Hmm, I wonder about a .177!... no, I can still remember the numb nads.
