Not something I can do (crap balance), so other than the sadly late Les Mackie -(RIP 😪) Bri's the only person I've seen shoot pukka 10m rifle for some time.
There's always Chris and one of his pre-war BSAs, when he's not being a hero with inductions.

Ran a 10m rifle comp a couple of years ago. There was just Les and myself in it and, sadly, Les' health was deteriorating at that point.
10m is difficult and demands time and focus - not much of an appetite for that at Denwood but I'd be happy to run such a comp if there was enough interest.

With the post Christmas haze now cleared, I remember that we tried to run a simultaneous 10m comp at Waulkmill.
Another victory of enthusiasm over experience and doomed to failure - I don't recall a single score being submitted.
Maybe Bell Target would be a better option for Denwood. A 3/8" (9.5mm) hole at six yards standing and unsupported is a dang sight easier than 10m but still requires application on the shooter's part. We have a target and the Club's HW30S could be repurposed for it so anyone could have a go and, with a wee tweak to the scoring - a point for a "ding" and zero for a plate - it wouldn't slow things down with constant ceasefires on the range.
Trouble is, with the exception of Los Pistoleros, no-one at Denwood shoots standing so this might be just another fanciful notion.

I'm not sure I could do Bell Target even seated... but I'd happily try standing/braced -with a 10m pistol, just for novelty. 🤓🔫🎯

Rung the bell a few times so it's very do-able - certainly easier than hitting a 10m bull. Wouldn't be a problem to re-zero the '80 for six yards and perhaps we can talk the other Pistoleros into trying it? If nothing else, it's another opportunity for Jean to wipe the floor with us. 😕 |

Hehe let's make it so, then we can spring on him at the last minute that he's only allowed one hour's dry-fire practice beforehand...
The range will echo with his "mon dieu" and "sacre bleu!" 🤭
Then he'll beat us one handed anyway, c'est la vie. 🤷🏻♂️
