In case any members were unaware, there have been some pet shootings with 'pellet guns' in the Sclattie/Hopetoun area of Bucksburn recently with one having to be put down and the others seriously injured requiring Vet treatment.
The owner of the young cat that was killed has a young family and to say they are traumatised is an understatement, there is a reward of £500 put up for information leading to an arrest.
I'm 100% sure none of the members here would be involved but I ask that you are vigilant and if anything crops up that is overheard or mentioned that you should report it accordingly. The Police are taking this very seriously.
My elderly parents live in the area with two adored pet cats and are understandably concerned about anyone who could do such a thing as am I.
Hopefully this is an isolated incident.

Duly noted and thanks for the heads-up. Our cat Dolin has now turned vigilante and is keeping an eye out for said scumbag(s.)

Excellent job.
How does he put the safety off with no opposing thumbs?
Bet he has some fun with laser sights.

Dolin don't need no stinking safety catch...
