What is your preferred reticle and why?
For whatever reason my eyes/brain works better with concentric circles, so for me the best reticle has a dot. I spent ages looking for a reticle with a centre dot before finding the SWFA MOA reticle. And then I realised, as well as having a cross-hair centre, the Hawke Airmax has dots - just not a centre dot - my shooting has improved with the Hawke since realising that.

Nikon BDC reticles have little circles instead of dots or lines, once you get used to them they are pretty good

I realy like the Sightron and IOR MOA balistic rets with the illuminated centre dot. These are both very similar, very fine stadia for accurate shot placement but still very usable as the light fades with the help of illuminated fine centre dot. These reticules are well thought out and are used in both brands first and secont focal plane model's.
