Shot my 2nd round card (rifle) this morning.
Train wreck or epic victory? You'll have to wait until I update the posh website tonight to find out.

On a connected note - I got me one o’ those ‘merican peep sights, yeharr, so I have, for the HW30. “Hey boy, you wishful thinking technology instead of technique?”

A late entrant! Using my old baby HW25, unsupported standing - since it barely weighs anything it's great for unsupported standing!
Peep sights? Pah I say! Pah! IRON (...plastic) is where it's at!
That middle bottom might be a 1. Wasn't entirely sure depending on your definition of "touching the ring" (fnaar). The hole is entirely within the circle but it sort of gently caresses it. So it's a 19 or a 20 depending on what the cabal reckons. I might have another go later with the .22 Cometa which weighs about the same as a small house and we'll see the difference!!
Edit: Just to clarify that due to the space restriction of my garage, my body is 6m from the target. This means when I'm shooting pistol the gun itself is about 5m away from the target and when I'm shooting the HW25 it's about 5.5m away. I can't do a clear 6m from the gun with the space I have.
Edit edit: When I was a kid I used to shoot at bottlecaps with this rifle across my parents' garden whilst standing - that was about 10 metres or so 6m doesn't seem that hard.

Bri’s comment, something like “won’t get all parking attendant“ about the distance, so, no foul for me. Oh, and I’d say 20 - get it on the board Bri! Just looked at the website, Bri already has.O to have eyesight that is capable of having the front sight and target in focus at the same time. I suppose I should be grateful at least one of them is in focus.

Catch-up rifle card for today. After a promising start on a lovely 20, I've dropped the ball and only managed 16 today.
I blame that bottom left chap, that pellet was clearly faulty
I was possibly too excited having just managed 17 with the Typhoon!

Still good shooting as you're averaging 18 so far.
And don't forget that you can enter the Open Pistol Comp. with the Typhoon as well - just shoot it two handed. Same goes for Stef with the Walther.

And, as of 17/5/20 - If he keeps this up we may have to consider some kind of handicap once we're shooting at Denwood again.

Haha, SteveP, Russ and Bri must be quaking in their boots. The rest of us ‘also rans’ can enjoy the competition.
The Walther LPMs obviously work very well... have to have talent though.
